Print Order of Services from mobile devices

Add ability to print order of service from planning apps on mobile devices.

We would like this too.

This is definitely necessary! Because when you have the app on your phone it doesn’t let you utilize the website so you can’t print at all. You have to login from your computer to print. So frustrating.

While you're there, can you please add margins and page breaks in sensible places so that it's actually printable? When the content is two pages, it flows to the very bottom of the first page and starts at the very top of the second page (no margin and break mid-item/section).
