Auto-Reporting Song Useage is Auto-Disconnecting ...

It seems that the Auto-Reporting feature of Planning, etc. turns itself "OFF" on a regular basis, and if I forget to double-check that it is turned "ON" I am concerned that it will not report the SongSelect/CCLI songs that we are using in our services. Is there a wy to make it "ALWAYS ON"?
