Receiving notification my MP4 files aren't in the right format

I'm trying to upload a video that is in mp4 format. However, I'm getting the error that it's not in the correct format and needs to be reformated. This is a video I created with clipchamp. I've created these before and uploaded with no issues. Now, I'm getting them every time. I have closed Presenter and restarted. Why is it doing this? How do I get it to stop because reformatting takes FOREVER. Thanks!

The video codec needs to be h.264, and the profile needs to be baseline, height, or main. If the video is any other .mp4 codec or profile, the video will need to be converted upon import into Presenter. If you are creating the videos yourself, you should be able to select these settings as you export the videos.
