Allow scheduled viewer to upload attachment to the service he/she's scheduled for

I'd like to have the possibility to allow a scheduled viewer (vor example an external preacher) to upload attachments without having to change his/her permission level to "editor".
This would help a lot with transmitting powerpoints for example without having to use 3rd party clouds or email (if even possible).
