We just onboarded WorshipTools for our team, and I'm loving a lot of it... But the 'annotate' feature in Charts is near unusable on the iPad. Other apps have an adjustment to make your lines straighter or font neater, but the auto-adjust feature is AWFUL. It causes a delay in writing and never corrects to something usable. At the very least just remove the adjustment altogether so you can write free-form.
I know I can use the 'text' feature to type, but I like writing notes with my iPad pencil to prep for services.

I completely agree! I use my Apple Pencil in other programs and it works so great, but I dread putting annotations in Charts. I’ve sometimes resorted to annotating a PDF in another app and re-importing it into Charts, but it would be better if the Annotate features were updated in the app.

Bumping this up, making the annotations work would really be a game changer! Currently it’s almost unusable.

This would be fantastic. I have team members asking me to go back to paper over these ipad annotation issues.

I have an Android tablet, and I also find it impossible to make intelligible, usable notes on Charts. It is incredibly frustrating because the solution we seem to have adopted is for the MD to be responsible for talking the band through the arrangement live, using a whisper mic. Call me old-school, but I had it drilled into me that I should 'write it down' on my music when decisions were made about dynamics or whatever during rehearsals.
There is just no way of doing this with Charts.
