New using WorshipTools on a Mac

I have joined a worship team which uses WorshipTools. I'm trying to use a Mac laptop. I was not able to connect to the team until I tried signing in from an email invite. It worked several days to see the charts but then it stoped. I can sign in my account, I see my team listed but when I click on Planning or Charts, nothing comes up.
Also, when I could get on charts, I could find no way to go to a single page view. This is necessary to view the page large enough to read. And can I zoom the view?
Is there a specific video or other instructions for using WorshipTools with a Mac?
