Consistent timeouts, Chart changes not being save on web app

Hi - I am having consistent issues timeouts (last night local time GMT+4 was a disaster), changes made to Charts on web app not being saved, web app not reflecting changes made on iPad (they are saved).
Charts web app seems totally unusable!
