Problems with Screen Assignment

We have been having ongoing problems with the assignment of screens in presenter this past year. It was only periodic for a while but has become more frequent in recent months, nearly weekly.

We currently have 4 monitor outputs from our media computer:
1) the primary monitor
2) the projector/slide monitor
3) a TV for stage display
4) an HDMI out for our ATEM for green screen.

Essentially, we frequently have issues with presenter randomly choosing which monitor to assign screens to. The ATEM will get the stage display, and the stage will get the green screen, or other weird scrambles. I have tried different orders of powering things on and have not found a consistent hardware route to recreate the problem. In windows, the monitors are always assigned correctly, it is just in the software that it seems to inconsistently work.

Has anyone else been having problems with this? Have you found a consistent solution to fix it without the need to reassign the presenter screens every week?

I have been having a similar problem. Every time the computer is started i have to reconfigure the screen setup in presenter to have the stage display and the main presentation display set to the correct screen. The other thing I've been noticing is that the screens that presenter is finding are numbered differently that the screen number is have them assigned on windows as so sometimes the presentation screen is screen 4 and sometimes it's under screen 1. The stage displace is supposed to be screen 1 and sometimes its under screen 3. The program seems to not be reading the screen configuration set in windows when assigning screens and almost seems to be random.

I'm glad I'm not the only one, it's been driving us crazy! If we happen to forget to check, the stage display and greenscreen feed will be flipped sometimes or other mix-ups.

And yes, I have a similar issue, the display numbers in presenter don't match that of the windows display order. Presenters numbers are inconsistent too and change on their own, soemtimes the stage display is #2 sometimes #3.

Any update or response from the dev team? This is a pretty significant problem for presentation software where this is an advertised core feature...

Bumping this again. Would like to know if this is at least on the Dev Team's radar? Please let me know if you need anything to help diagnose the problem.

In addition to above issues, the display (split screen) for the band won't maximize and results in words too small to read. Also that split screen shows up on the main computer screen every time the program launches. Hoping for that update soon. Thanks!

we are also having issues with this problem. we have 2 displays connected. display 1 ( wide screen) is our desktop monitor and display 2 (1920 x 1080) is our projector. in the settings of Presenter it only acknowledges display 1, but it is showing the resolution that is for display 2. when we restart our PC some times it presents the main window to the projector and others it does it to the main monitor, but i cannot seem to control which monitor it is going to display to. we also had this issue on our previous computer, so i don't think it is a PC issue. i dont see why only 1 of the 2 displays is an option in the software there should be 2 options for the 2 monitors that i have configured.
