Allow Viewers read-only Scheduling Matrix view

One big downside to the recent change in permission levels is all my viewers can't view the full rota anymore. I'd really appreciate them being able to see it, even though actually scheduling is reserved for Schedulers.

Yes! this is a must for us too! Used to be able to view the Matrix with viewer permissions but now you have to be minimum 'Scheduler' permission. We use the matrix as a rota and people can print off, so losing this means I have to upgrade permissions to Scheduler when they aren't. Please, please, please WT allow this feature of Matrix view for all permissions.

Sorry, shamelessly bumping this one because I just can't believe this isn't a thing. Viewers aren't really viewers unless they can conveniently view the full rota! Please please this must be a really easy change. Why make viewers go through all services one by one?
