I am unable to configure my displays so that I can broadcast to the two we have hardwired through a junction box. I plug an HDMI into my computer and everything displayed goes on the screens. PowerPoint worked great that way. Any ideas on how I can get Presenter to work?

I suspect that your HDMI junction box is just splitting the single HDMI output from the laptop. So Presenter only sees a single output, and so cannot send out two separate signals. We solved this by using a docking station which connects to our laptop by USB and has the multiple HDMI port's we need. We currently have 2 different outputs plus the normal laptop display, which shows the Presenter controls. He
