I am new to Presenter and am going on a ministry trip to the Navajo Nation next month. Their church uses Presenter and both of us are on the free version. I have prepared a service schedule on my account with lyric slides and some mp4 files that contain music and lyrics. I was wondering if when they are logged in on their account, is it possible for them to bring over my service items from the cloud and import them into their service file?

Accounts cannot access cloud items from other accounts. You can send them the content to add to their Presenter, or you can log into their Presenter computer with your account credentials when you arrive and present the content from your account.

Thank you for responding so quickly. Just to be sure I understand, when you say "content," are you referring to my Word document files that contain the song lyrics? If I send them that content, they would have to build the lyric files in their Presenter - work that I've already done. If I log into their computer with my account once I'm there, will I have to rebuild my lyric files all over again on their computer?
