Set/Change a Song lyric running order in Planning

Our music team don't need to access Presenter, but I'd like them to set up the song running order in Planning that they want to use.

Otherwise, we send them the PDF print of the Running order from Presenter and they need to get back to us and tell us what order they want things in.

Go to Songs on Planning, open up a song, and click Edit. There, you'll see the Lyrics tab. Arrange and edit that area to match your desired Presenter song order. Section refers to the verses, chorus, bridge, interlude, etc. Each section equals 1 slide in Presenter. So, if you start with a section for Verse 1 and put four lines under it, those 4 lines will become the first slide on Presenter. If you'd rather split Verse 1 into two slides with two lines each, you can create Verse 1a and Verse 1b sections.

If you have SongSelect Premium, the ChordPro will already be imported for you, so all you need to do is delete or copy/paste to rearrange the sections to match your worship team's order. If you don't have SongSelect Premium, you can type out the ChordPro from scratch.
