I probably know the answer but, is there a trick to being able to move things around so there's no wasted space? I have a song that could easily be a 2 pager but for unknown reasons its 3 pages. there's plenty of space to move a verse to page one opening up page 2 to have enough room to move page 3 to page 2.
PLEASE make a way to move things or make it so we can delete unused lines/spacing. PLEASE PLEASEPLEASE!!!!!

This has been an ongoing issues for years now with no resolution. I even have some songs that fit on 1 page only to have "Rendered for ChordPro for charts" on top of the next page and nothing underneath it! I can't for the life of me get that off so I don' have another page to bypass to get to my next song!

I've discussed this topic on another thread with some suggestions from others.. mostly working outside of WorshipTools to get what we want. Here's the other thread:

In some cases I've been able to fudge text, ChordPro directives and whatnot, to condense a song to where it just barely fits onto one page. But as a whole, yeah, there's many cases of wasted space that needs to be utilized better.

Yep. An ongoing issue that only got worse a few months ago with an update. Songs I had worked with to fit on full pages were now wrapping to next page with LOTS of extra space at the bottom of the previous page. A longtime requested feature that would solve this problem (along with others) is to have the page scroll VERTICALLY on one continuous page like other chord chart apps do. 🤷♀️

I think ChordPro can help. In the dropdown menu next to the key, there's an Edit selection, then select ChordPro. Delete extraneous info you don't need, then save. Though it took me a bit if trial and error, it's helped me fit 2 page songs on to 1 page.
