Media not importing

When i try to import a large mp4, atleast 50min 432 524KB it gives the error "Failed to generate thumbnail for _MediaNameHere_". It dosent even show loading just after a minute it says that in the corner

Hello Philippe, please send your application log to [email protected]. You can find your application log by clicking on the gear icon in the top right, and then selecting "About Presenter" You can view your application log from there.

For 2 weeks now I have not been able to load presentations in... i have the legacy version on one computer and the updates another ... legacy would work but now I have updated presenter on both devices, no importing is happening... this is concerning and needs an immediate resolution!!

Chestnut, the Beta version is not ready for production use; it is for testing only. I suggest you uninstall the Beta and reinstall the legacy version. It's a little tricky to get the legacy version; I don't know why Worship Tools is doing things this way when the Beta still has a lot of bugs. On the main Presenter page, go to the download link at the bottom of the page, but DON'T click on the download button. That gives you the Beta version. Instead, go below the button and click on "Download Legacy Presenter," then on the type of computer you have. The current legacy version is 2025.1.1; that's what you should use for actual church services.
