CCLI reporting doesn't seem to be working

Newbie here! moved over from OpenLP on the basis that presenter may suit us better and has the benefit of CCLI reporting.

I have the application linked up, the relevant box ticked in settings>connections and I can pull down songs from CCLI into the software with no problem whatsoever. However, the songs that we are using, whether they are pulled directly from the CCLI library or from our imported (OpenLP) library are not showing on our reporting history in online reporting. The instructions say that it can take a couple of days after the service date to work... it's been 3 weeks and still nothing!

Is there something else I need to do that I've missed?

For context, I'm IT savvy - I've worked in IT for 23 years.... but sometimes we miss the simplest of things!

Just to say I posted on the Facebook group and someone came to my rescue in there - I didn’t have the ‘online reporting’ filtering on at the CCLI end and had it set to ‘manual reporting’. Turns it it was the simplest of things! 🤣
