Adding background picture / colour to Templates

Hello! We're investigating using Presenter at our church. Playing round with it, I can't seem to set a particular background or colour as the default background for songs or Bible passages. When editing Templates, there doesn't seem to be a background option - or am I missing something obvious?

Templates are for text formatting, for the foreground only. Backgrounds are applied separately/independently.
You can select a default background for all service items in your Default Settings.
Another option is to use the bulk editor to apply a background item to multiple items at once.

Thanks; so if I've understood correctly, there is no way to set a default background for all songs and another for Bible passages?
If so, may I humbly suggest that as an obvious improvement...
