Picture to Slide

Hey,
In our church it is typical that the preacher create sermon-slides and upload them as single images to dropbox. We used Propresenter and imported the slides per drag and drop in the sermon-cue. In Presenter I just found the Media Import function where I cant use multiple images as cues. Is there any function to import multiple images and use it in a cue for sermon-slides?

The quickest way would be to start a PowerPoint file and the drag each picture in as a new slide. You then have a single media item for the speaker to step through. You don't have to have PowerPoint installed on your computer to do this; you can use it for free using the online version - https://www.office.com/launch/powerpoint.
