Reporting songs to CCLI

I understand that songs on a set list are reported every Monday for the previous day's worship, is this true?

Since I rarely, if ever, play ALL the songs on the set list, am I right in thinking that simply removing the songs I HAVEN'T used will ensure only those used get reported?

Songs are reported the day after any service, not just on Mondays. If you've made any changes to the setlist, you will want to modify it in WorshipTools before the next day to ensure accurate reporting.
