If I give someone the View All Services and Songs permission in Planning, I would expect them to have access to Song Library from home screen menu in Music Stand, but they don't seem to. Is that a bug, or am I doing something wrong?

In Music Stand, songs can only be viewed in the context of a service set list. They'll need to open or create a service, add that song to the service (they can view the Song Library at this step), and then they can view the song materials for the given song.
If they want to view the whole library without all that, they can do so in Planning, either through the mobile app or web browser.
