Why am I unable to change keys to songs in Charts?

We pay $295/ year for Worship tools Pro Plus and up until this past week have been able to change keys for the songs in Charts. Why is it all of a sudden telling me I can't? This is the message I get:
"Forbidden: User's organization does not have an active SongSelect Advanced or higher."
What does this mean? We pay for the premium plan. I 'm so confused. I just want to be able to change the song keys in Charts. Can someone please help? I've messaged support numerous times with no response.

This message is usually an indicator that your CCLI licensing may have expired. I would recommend reaching out to CCLI directly via phone or email to see if this is the case.
