Internal Commands/Midi Notes send

I would love, like Pro Presenter has, the ability to make internal commands (i.e. start specific timer) when slides are clicked. Also, adding the ability to send midi information out of Presenter into another software (i.e. Ableton Live) would be very helpful.

Couldn't agree more! Would love to be able to attach MIDI output commands to certain slides so that those slides could trigger actions over a MIDI network. Specifically, I am wanting Presenter to control Lightkey. And once I build the backbone for that somewhat complex service, I would like to be able to save it as a template so I don't have to rebuild every MIDI command and slide outline every week.

Has there been any more investigation into this? We would love to be able to control our lighting just with the change of a service item or slide. With MIDI output, the entire lighting sequence could just be programmed ahead of time and in our case, it would literally eliminate the need for a separate lighting person. This can't be that difficult to code into Presenter...:)
