Play large local media file without uploading

Is there a way to set a cue to play a large local media file >2Gb without uploading to the cloud?

There's a setting in Presenter, under "Media Defaults," where you can turn off the auto-uploads to the cloud. Once you uncheck that box and save your settings, media items will NOT upload to the cloud until you manually click "Upload."

This "Upload" button is found when you click the "i" icon on a media item in your library. If the item is already in the cloud, you can also remove it from the cloud in this same window.
