Thanks for the post.  Check out this link: https://www.worshipextreme.com/docs/cloud-sync/sync-errors.  Verify the user's local computer time is set correctly.

any suggestions on how to correct this error when I try to sync library?
error: net::ERR_SSL_BAD_RECORD_MAC_ALERT

This usually means something is attempting to intercept your SSL traffic, like a firewall. If you have any firewall software installed, add an exception or rule for Worship Extreme.

I did that, and even tried turning off the firewall completely, it still is giving that message and won't upload media either.

I also ran into the ERR_SSL_BAD_RECORD_MAC_ALERT error even after disabling the firewall. What helped me was switching to a different network (like a mobile hotspot) to rule out any router-level interference. Also, make sure your system date/time is correct—SSL errors can happen if it's off. I found a helpful resource in detail for this error solution at:- https://cheapsslweb.com/blog/err-ssl-bad-record-mac-alert-error/.

Hope it helps!
