Service Templates

I agree with Wei Liang, much better to have stored templates that can be applied to selected services.

Yeah, would love templates... Not sure if they are still updating this service much or not anymore...

Can we have an update on this please?

I know there are workarounds, but workarounds are not intuitive.

Hello - I would be very grateful if the templates feature could be implemented please? It reduces the steps in training. Having templates in the 'workflow' mean that it is intuitive for people to create services. Without templates one has to train them to (1) find the service-designated-as-the-template and then (2) clone it to the desired date (and if this is far in the future so that it is always visible - then many many clicks of the 'date' selector to get to the current date).

I would also like that if a _new_ service is created from 'Charts' that it is disallowed - but redirected to Planning instead.
