Hey Marietta. You can already do this using the Song Usage Report feature (under the More menu). If you click on the report and set the date range you want, you can export a list that includes all the items you're asking for. Hope that helps.

That doesn't seem to work for me. Songs that I sang a week ago don't even come up in the report for me when I set up a range of 1/1/2017 through 12/15/2019. What is the trigger to make songs show up in the report? I have songs I've placed in cue lists each week that do not show up.

Huh. Strange. I'm not sure why that would happen. I'm just a fellow user like yourself. The only thing I can think of is if the cue lists have been deleted. If that's not the case, hopefully, someone from the WE team will have an idea.

Verify you have a date set for each cue list for them to show in the report. You can set a date by opening the cue list and clicking the "pencil" icon when you hover over the title.

I know this is an old topic but I would like to see the ability to export songs that we have downloaded/created. The current report lists songs for the ones you have used recently. Do I need to keep a copy of all services and their cues (songs) to make the reporting feature work beyond a week or so?

I'm posting this request again since the last request was in 2019 and it's now 2024!

Please provide a way to EXPORT the COMPLETE list of songs in my account, not just ones that have been used in any service, as this does not cover that requirement.
At the moment I'm having to copy the text from the browser window multiple times for each page of 100 (max viewable) and then paste into a document which is very clunky and doesn't give me a spreadsheet.

This would be extremely useful for me and Im sure al to of people.

An option to export your list of songs has been added to Planning. Find the "Export list" button on the Songs page. The file will download as a CSV.

Hi guys, the export feature works well - just checking in, is there any way to have the list show WHICH services each song was used in? We'd like to differentiate between the AM and PM services in this exercise but currently (unless I'm missing something) I have to click on each song use to see whether it was used in the AM or PM. Thanks!
