I downloaded the software, but I will not be able to begin actually trying it for another month.  Is it possible to uninstall the software for now and start the 30 days the 2nd week in July?

Worship Extreme Free is always free, it is not a trial. So yes, you'll be able to use it now and in July without issue.

Along this line of inquiry, I work for a Camping Ministry. I only need the upgraded account for a couple of months out of the year. Am I able to upgrade to the pro version and then go back down to the free version after a couple of months? Or am I committing to buying for the whole year if I upgrade?

Yes, absolutely.  You can downgrade/upgrade at anytime.  It's a month to month commitment.

If I have paid a full year, is a refund issued for the remaining months left on the account?

Spencer, I haven't tried this, but most companies would not refund the extra months. You can subscribe a month at a time, so that's what you'd want to do if you know you'll only need the upgrade for a few months. WorshipTools Pro is currently $19/month or $195/year; you decide which plan you want.

We bought the subscription at the annual rate because we were having so much trouble getting the free version to work. We are still having the same problems. I think we are going to have to upgrade our computer. Can I cancel and get a refund of the annual subscription? It has been less that 24 hours

Rick, this is a user forum; we can't do anything regarding your account. You need to email [email protected]. And note that the different plans all use the same software; changing plans does not change what software you use, only certain limits in your account.

I do wonder what version of Presenter you're using. If it's the beta version, that could easily be your problem. The beta version has many bugs; it's better to use the "legacy" version. You can download it at https://www.worshiptools.com/en-us/presenter/legacy. Also, its system requirements are at https://www.worshiptools.com/en-us/docs/4-presenter-system-requirements.

If installing the legacy version doesn't help, then describe your problems on this forum or email [email protected].

Hope this helps!
