To check what version of Presenter you have, open Presenter, click on the gear icon in the upper right corner, and choose About Presenter. A variety of information will be displayed; the version is the first item. If "beta" is anywhere in the version, then it's the beta version. The latest "legacy" version is 2025.1.1.

The beta version is what we were after because we want to use SongSelect Lyric Videos and they say it works with beta. But it glitchy for sure. If I cant rely on it then it is worthless.

They added SongSelect Lyric Videos support in the last update, but that update seems to have broken other things. It's still beta software and not reliable. I do not want to join a Facebook support group. I want a refund for the software that I subscribed to and does not work. Lets don't let this get ugly. I am responsible for my churches finances and using it for software that does work is not a use of our limited funds.
