The CCLI access code is only accessible to your designated CCLI account admin (usually the church pastor or worship leader). They, then, have to grant you permission to access the church's SongSelect as a user by sending you an invitation. You can only get this access code through the account admin or by contacting CCLI's customer service team directly. CCLI will ask you for an account/license number or church zip code and name to pull up the account, so you'll want to have those ready when you call.
