Having problems with cursor freezing while running Presenter & OBS. My setup for our church services is a Toshiba laptop with i7 processor & 32 gb RAM. I have a Asus second monitor connected vis USB. Dual projectors are connected to laptop via HDMI. Presenter is displayed on 2nd screen. On laptop I have OBS livestreaming to Facebook thru MS Edge. Video camera for live stream is connected via an Elgato Cam LInk. Have a hard line connection to router for internet. Windows automatically configures the projector as display 2 & the Asus as display 3. Laptop has 3 USB ports. I have mouse on 1 port, a jump drive on a second port, a USB hub is attached to a 3rd USB port that is connected to the Cam Link & Asus monitor.
Randomly during service, the cursor will freeze & be unable to move it with mouse. I can still advance slides in Presenter or change scenes in OBS with hot keys.
