Main Audience Output

We're having issues with the main audience output on Presenter. When displaying images, only select images will work and others will have an error message come up to say "weak or no signal". For the images that don't work, we've tried putting them into the service queue as stand alone images and we've tried putting them on a slide, but they still won't project to the main output. We've have replaced all of the cords and boxes to be sure there weren't any shorts. Slide aspect ratio is set to 16:9, screen resolution is set to 1920x1080, screen configuration for main audience output is set to 1920x1080.

"Weak or no signal" is not an error message from WOrshipTools. This sounds like it might be a display issue. Please check the cables that are connecting your computer and the audience output.
