REHEARSE Plus Masters not available

Hi, I love the addition of Rehearse, and have started implementing it as soon as I saw it's release. I've purchased the Plus tier to access the master tracks, but it seems not all masters are available for the Rehearse feature.

E.g. Praise by Elevation is working as expected. I linked the Loop Community track in Planning's song editor, and it appeared in Charts. I also noticed a "Rehearse" logo next to the track in the song editor. I definitely chose the "Master", not an enhancement track etc.

However, the master track for Take You At Your Word by Cody Carnes is not working. I can link the master track, but it doesn't appear in charts, and doesn't display the "Rehearse" logo in the song editor. Clicking on the track in the song editor (once linked) takes me to the Loop Community page. Community tracks or enhancement track work in Rehearse for this song.

This seems to be an issue across particular artists, e.g. all Hillsong tracks I've tried aren't working, by Elevation tracks work fine.

Can you help with this?

We're sorry that the track you were wanting to use with our new Rehearse product isn't available yet, but we are continuing every day to build the library and hope to have your song available soon. Please check back in a few weeks to see if we've been able to have it added. This will be a ever growing database as we continue to bring more songs into this program.

Hi Tony, the master tracks described ARE in the library, and can be linked to songs in Planning. The issue is they won’t play in rehearse.

Can you try using the tracks I mentioned above and see if you have the same issue?

Rehearse tracks and Master tracks are two different types of tracks, so sometimes a song might have a Master track available even if its Rehearse track isn’t ready just yet.

I confirmed this after looking through the catalogue.
