Allow Admin to add Block-Out Dates

I recently asked my worship team for the dates they know they will be absent this fall. I wanted to add those block-out dates into Planning for them rather than go back and ask them to do it themselves. If you could allow an Admin to do that it would be great! :)

This feature is now available. Go to People and make those edits on the user's page.
