More layout and format settings for sizes and margins

The amount of wasted whitespace on Charts is, frankly, absurd. An incredible amount of space is reserved at the bottom of the page, even when it's not being used for anything.

It happens over and over and over that I end up with just a few lines on a second page when there is enough space on the first page to copy the same lines four or five times if I wanted to.

Especially for those situations when half a bridge ends up on a second page, we need some control over margins and sizing and spacing so that we can keep everything cleanly on one page.
