In the add screen, allow us to customise our screen size(px) instead of just the sets ones

I recently went to do lyrics for a Praise and Worship concert at a church. Their screen size were 1270 x 418 pixels. Thus we were not able to use presenter for lyrics. We had to purchase pro presenter. Would be greatful if this feature could be added as i will be doing lyrics there very often and in other churches with different screen sizes as well.

Presenter can use any resolution, it will match what the computer display is set to.
