Network Error...

I can log in to Charts, but when I try to pull up my "UPCOMING SERVICES" for any date to rehearse my role, all I get is "Network error, unable to download content." Having similar issues with the Planning app - can see events, etc. but unable to connect with any of it. This is using the web-based version of both apps. The versions on my iPhone seem to work fine. Anyone else experiencing this?

To pull services down, your browser needs to be able to access googleapis.com. We've seen sometimes that certain firewall software may block that connection. Check your settings to see if you can add an exception or contact your network admin.

Thank you for your analysis and solution. Based on your comments I found the problem to be a blocking mechanism within NordVPN. After switching it off, the Planning/Charts app works great. Grateful - John
