Captcha error: Invalid domain for site key

I'm trying to change the main user email (which is currently my personal email) to a church domain email, but when I go to Planning > Profile > Change email > Change email page, the Captcha is disabled therefore not letting me change the email. The captcha box shows this message:

ERROR for site owner: Invalid domain for site key

I have tried on Chrome, Safari, incognito tabs, but nothing is working.

Can anyone help?
