When presenting, if your slides are in Grid view, it's easy to press the UP arrow to navigate to the slide above, and you and up changing cue.

Keeps happening. I'd like to be able to change shortcuts.

Shortcuts that are not Function keys would also be helpful - most laptops already use them for media controls unless you hold the function key.

This has been the hardest thing for our volunteers running services to avoid. They keep using the up and down keys! At a minimum, instead of supporting changing all shortcuts, at least provide an option to change up and down to be the same as left and right arrows.
