Send MIDI notes from Presenter

The ability to send a (or multiple) MIDI note(s) from any slide (with intensity) would allow Presenter to control the lighting scene and / or the background for a media wall. This is supported in Pro Presenter and is probably the last feature we must have to be able to switch to using your Presenter exclusively.
