Use Filters to EXCLUE people from a list (in addition to include)/ "and/or", "equal to/ not equal to" filtering

When creating lists, it would be handy to have and/or options along with equal to/ not equal to. eg, I have a customer field called "Database" so I can segment people. I have a bunch of people in Group A in the database and people in Group B, & some people are in both. My use case "select everyone who is in Group A, but exclude anyone who is also in Group B. Thanks for considering.
