Presenter is up and running (outputting to main display screen OK). But when I try to access Stage Display on another device (either via browser or Android app) I get nothing under "Select Computer" and in the centre of the screen I get "No active session found Make sure Presenter is open and logged in).
I have logged in to exactly the same user account on Presenter and Stage Display.
Is there any way of debugging what is going wrong?
NB the Remote app (also Android) saw the running Presenter instance OK although I couldn't access it because I am not on Pro.

Take a look at Presenter, on the bottom right corner. It'll tell you the network connectivity status for it, it must be Online for the remote Stage Display to work.
This has happened to us in the past, because once Presenter goes offline, it won't ever come back up online, you'll have to close the application entirely and open it up again.
