Fonts and Bibles upload to the cloud

Please add the ability to upload fonts and bible xml files to the cloud rather than needing to be installed on each computer.
This would greatly assist when various users log in to edit a service and think because the text looks odd they need to pick a different font instead of trusting that the one we use is already on the church computer.

Bible XMLs can be uploaded to the cloud: Presenter Settings > Bibles > Upload
