Include additional fields in Usage Report .csv output

It would be great if additional fields could be included in the usage report csv output.

We are a multi-site church and use the 'service type' field to assign a given service to a specific site.

We are trying to do some analytics on our song usage over time by site and it would be really helpful to have this field captured in the .csv output.

Possibly other churches might find other fields useful but this is the only one we'd really need for our purposes!
