Unreliable startup of Presenter

We have just started using Presented instead of EasyWorship and are finding it unreliable. On several occasions we have been unable to start it, or to connect to the authentication servers. Today I have just tried to start it and it fails with the error, "Request failed, unable to get user data". Is there a solution for this specific error and is there anything I can do to address the underlying unstability?

Thanks for the post. This means Presenter is unable to connect to the internet. Make sure you have a strong internet connection and you don't have any firewall software blocking Presenter from accessing the internet.
