Slide Contents on Service Printout

We have several participants in our services that have issues with technology. They'd much rather have a printed version of the service beforehand, than having to deal with emails and accounts.

The already present printout in Planning is so close to being what we need, but we would need an option that includes the text contents of slides (and the full text of scripture elements).
