Greetings,
I accidentally deleted several entire services, thinking they were old. Is there any way to recover them?
Thank you

Hi Andrew, you should be able to restore these from your Planning Activity Log.

Help! An entire service ready for tomorrow has been deleted! I think it's to do with the service being setup on one laptop and another being opened. It looks like it's automatically synced the service to the cloud from 6 days ago. I've gone into the Planning Activity Log and I can see the deletions that occurred when the other laptop connected to the cloud, but I can't find any option in the Activity Log to restore the previous service. The help page doesn't actually say how to perform a restore. Could someone help quickly?

Click the restore icon in the far right column of the activity log.

Ran into a similar (same?) issue this morning. The church computer synced an older version of a service and deleted all the work from the previous night on my home computer. Caused a bit of panic during morning set up. I cannot find the restore option (or reverse delete) option on the activity log. To be clear, the service was not deleted, just most of the items in the service. What am I missing? Is there somewhere I can upload a screenshot?

To make these changes, you must be a current administrator for the account to restore any previous services.

Hi. Thank you.
I am the org admin on the account. Logged in as such. Still not seeing the restore / reverse delete option. I'll try a google drive link to some screenshots and then take them down soon.

Thanks again for looking.

Restore is only available for delete actions at this time.

Ah. Okay. Mystery solved. It would be a great feature to be able to restore previous versions from a time stamp or version/revision history. But at least for now I can stop looking for something that's not there.
I also want to say that because of the awesomeness of WorshipTools, it only took about 5 minutes to rebuild the service.
Thanks again for a great product!
