Preview Not Available in Remote App Simple Mode

I am new to WorshipTools and looking to migrate away from EasyWorship. In my testing, when i have a song running, if i switch the Remote App to simple mode, there is no lyric preview. How do i fix this?

Any solutions?

Has there been any progress on this? I am trying to implement presenter but getting a lot of push back because this feature isn't working. The pastors are complaining that the preview function is not working, and they cannot see what they need to.

If the Preview is unavailable in the Remote app, it means that your audience display is not connected or is turned off. The Main Audience Output is required for the preview to show.

If you are struggling with seeing the preview in the app... I have found that if you change the name of the "Main Audience Output" in Presenter itself it won't work... I have tested this on multiple systems. So try first by changing the main output back to "Main Audience Output" and see if that works. I have tested this with an iPad and a android phone.
