Master database of previously used songs

Every worship event (Sunday am, Wednesday pm, etc.) we use Presenter for our songs. We edit the layout and assign backgrounds to each song.
But if we want to use that same song days, weeks, or even months later, we have to start over with all editing and background assignments.
Is there a master database option that we can be saving our songs into so we can retrieve them again at a later time?
