imported from pco and the list of songs has no content. Linked Song select, but still no words, etc.

Was SongSelect linked before the PCO import or after?

I have the same issue, SongSelect is linked in Presenter before the import, PCO has the song's CCLI linked, but no content upon import.

The song must exist in your Presenter library prior to the import. Presenter doesn't import songs from PCO, but it uses the CCLI song ID number to match the songs in your PCO service to the songs in your Presenter library.

Thanks for the quick response. That makes sense, it's a shame that it doesn't auto add songs to the library though upon import, given the CCLI song ID is known from PCO. That'd be a cool feature! As a workaround, is there a way to import an entire song library from PCO into Worship Tools so that it can import the songs that way?

Not at this time. I'm not sure if PCO lets you download the ChordPro files for your songs but if it does, you can use the bulk ChordPro importer in Planning and that should be of some help.
