It would be great to have a spot to capture my team's scheduling preferences. At the very least things like frequenecy (1x per month vs 2x per month), but even a spot in People to capture more complicated things like "Don't schedule when spouse is also on" or "Don't schedule when scheduled on Kids Ministry" etc.
