Is planning a separate app to download or part of presenter

It's separate from Presenter, but you don't install it on your computer; you use it online. Go to https://www.worshiptools.com/ and log in with the same email and password that you use for Presenter. At the top of the page, click on Apps and choose Planning. You can also choose Charts or Community, which are also used online. You should now be on the Planning intro page, which gives an overview of the app's features. Look those over if you'd like, then click Get Started. If you need information on using Planning, the documentation for all the Worship Tools apps is at https://www.worshiptools.com/en-us/docs.
